I come from a Pilates teacher back ground. I always need to work a flexible schedule no matter what I do. Flexibility isn't enough when you have a family of 4 and a strong travel bug!! I also needed a business to fit my flexible schedule. This business is exactly that. So we decided to take our family with the business on a 3 month trip to Australia and South East Asia. Hi, I’m TRESA, and I’m grateful to run a business in an industry I’m truly passionate about - personal development.

I grew up in Washington State and am the proud mother of three amazing children.

My business gives me the freedom to live where I choose, travel, and explore the world - something I’ve always dreamed of. Most importantly, it gives me the ability to be the present and financially stable mom I want to be.

I love working with motivated, professional men and women who are ready to create this same level of freedom and flexibility in their own lives. You don’t have to travel the world, but you deserve the freedom to work from wherever you choose. Most of the people I work with have roots in their hometowns and families, but they all share one common goal:

HOW I GOT HERE: For years, I followed the path I believed would lead to success and happiness. I became a doctor, dedicated to my work, achieving everything I set out to. I spent 15 years as a doctor, excelling in my field, was highly skilled and respected. On the outside, it looked like I had it all together. But on the inside, I felt disconnected, I was exhausted, and my heart was not truly happy - like I was living someone else’s version of success, not my own. Not only that, but I was not able to be the kind of mother I was meant to be who was present and had energy and time for her children.

WHEN MY EYES WERE OPENED: Then came a turning point. I picked up a book by Bob Proctor, called Change Your Paradigm, Change Your Life. I became fascinated by the power of the mind and how our beliefs shape our reality. I started studying transformation at a deeper level - how trauma, subconscious programming, and energy influence our lives. I faced my own fears, let go of limiting beliefs, and redefined what success meant on my terms.

On this journey, I realized my true calling: helping others break free from burnout, self-doubt, and limitation. That’s why I stepped away from medicine and stepped fully into coaching and entrepreneurship. I wanted to empower myself and people - especially high-achieving professionals like myself - to reclaim their lives, step into their power, and build something extraordinary.

I believe in living life with passion and purpose, whether it’s through my morning reading ritual, running outdoors, spending quality time with my children, or embracing new challenges. My journey hasn’t always been easy, but every challenge has led me closer to the life I was meant to live.

THE SOLUTION I FOUND (OR THAT FOUND ME): Everything led me to the business I run today. I'm privileged to work with amazing entrepreneurs of a similar mindset that encourage and help me every step of the way.
