I also needed a business to fit my flexible schedule. This business is exactly that. So we decided to take our family with the business on a 3 month trip to Australia and South East Asia. Tresa Brazier, MD

Hi, I’m Tresa.

I’m a physician, coach, entrepreneur, and lifelong student of personal development. I grew up in Washington State and am the proud mother of three amazing children.

For many years, I followed a traditional path of achievement and success. I am grateful for that chapter, but I also came to realize that success alone is not the same as freedom, fulfillment, or alignment.

Today, I work in an industry I truly love: personal development. This business has given me the opportunity to create more choice, live with greater purpose, and become the present, grounded, and financially stable mother I deeply desire to be.

I love working with motivated, professional men and women who are ready to create more freedom, flexibility, and possibility in their own lives. They may have families, responsibilities, deep roots, and meaningful lives already, but they often share one common desire:

To create an extraordinary life filled with more choice, purpose, and freedom.

This is me working as an anesthesiologist on a medical mission trip in Guatemala.

How I Got Here

For years, I followed the path I believed would lead to happiness. I became a doctor, dedicated myself fully to my work, and spent 15 years serving in medicine. I was skilled, capable, and respected. On the outside, it looked like I had done everything “right.”

But inside, I felt exhausted, disconnected, and out of alignment. My heart was not truly happy. More than anything, I knew I was not able to be the kind of mother I was meant to be, present, peaceful, energized, and available for my children.

Then came a turning point. I read Change Your Paradigm, Change Your Life by Bob Proctor, and it opened something in me. I became fascinated by the power of the mind, the role of belief, and the way our inner world shapes our outer experience.

That began a deeper journey into transformation, leadership, trauma, subconscious programming, identity, energy, and personal growth. Along the way, I faced my own fears, released old limitations, and began redefining success on my own terms.

Eventually, I realized my deeper calling was to help others do the same, especially high-achieving professionals who appear successful on the outside but know they are meant for something more aligned, meaningful, and free.

Everything led me to the business I run today. This work is not only about success. It is about freedom, fulfillment, meaningful impact, and designing a life that feels as good on the inside as it may look on the outside.
